Cold kebab indi with rice

On our social media channels we are showing you how our tomatoes are invaluable in making traditional recipes, both Neapolitan and from around the world. Here is the cold kebab from Kinda Fanouneh

 

Ingredients

 

  • Minced Beef 500 g
  • CIAO Tomato 1 Can
  • Onion: 1 larag
  • Garlic: 3 gloves
  • Olive oil: 3 Tbsp
  • Vegetable oil : 4 Tbsp
  • Pepper: half Tsp
  • Salt: 1 Tsp
  • Seven spices:  half Tsp
  • Pomegranate molasses:  1 Tbsp

Rice:

  • Basmati rice 1 cup “soacked in water 10 minutes”
  • Vermicelli: 4 Tbsp
  • Vegetables oil:  5 Tbsp
  • Salt: 1 Tsp
  • Warm water 1 and half cup

Instructions

 

The meat balls

Warm the vegetables oil and put the sliced onion and garlic and stir it until be soft Then we add salt, pepper, seven spices and some olive oil to the meat and we shaped liked balls then we add it on the tomato sauce until be well cooked.

Finally we add the Pomegranate molasses And turn off the heat

 

The rice

We warm the oil then add the vermicelli until turn to gold color then add the rice and the water and leave it cooked for 20 minutes on medium heat.

The 4 pillars of the Neapolitan White Art – Ciao – Il Pomodoro di Napoli, Mulino Caputo, Sorí and Olitalia – have joined their forces to create the House of Pizza.

What is the House of Pizza?

A temple dedicated to Made in Italy excellence just in the heart of the Dubai World Trade Center.

Hundreds of Neapolitan specialties seasoned with Ciao tomatoes, Olitalia olive oil, and Sorí mozzarella, and made with Mulino Caputo flours will be taken out of the oven in our House of Pizza at Gulfood till February 17th.

Simone Fortunato of Pizzeria Diaz will be the event champion and will delight us with Neapolitan classics: Margherita and Marinara.

Great excitement too for his famous Neapolitan meatballs seasoned with ragout made with Ciao tomatoes.

The sweetness of Ciao tomatoes from Vesuvius is a plus that, together with the meat flavor, makes the sauce really tasty.
This way, the meatballs of Pizzeria Diaz bring together the mastery of the traditional recipe and the excellence of a condiment with the right acidity, flavor and consistency.

We will also be able to appreciate the skills of Vincenzo Capuano that will offer us a breath of contemporary White Art.

If you want to dive into a sea of Neapolitanity, you just have to come and see us: you will certainly have a taste of the most authentic and tasty dishes of all time!

Anche quest’anno Ciao è tra i protagonisti che affolleranno il polo della Fiera di Milano per presentare i suoi prodotti e le sue delizie in questa vetrina d’eccellenze mondiali, e lo fa con una prelibatezza che sta già conquistando tutti: E purpett’ comm e’ na’ vot di Simone Fortunato.

Carne macinata di bovino, pane raffermo, uova, formaggio, pinoli, uvetta sultanina, aglio, sale pepe e prezzemolo: tutti gli ingredienti della vera tradizione partenopea. Ma il vero segreto della loro bontà è la doppia cottura che termina nell’avvolgente salsa di pomodoro Ciao. Come resistere?
